Denver Mini-Sessions

Every year towards the end of fall and beginning of winter, I host a round of Denver mini sessions in the city, either at my favorite park of them all, Civic Center Park, classic Union Station, or the colorful RiNo neighborhood.  It’s the only time of year where I have shoots of this nature, which last around 20 minutes and include a handful of hi-res images.  They’re perfect for updated family photos, headshots, or quickie engagement photos.  And yes, in case you were wondering — dogs are definitely welcome at these shoots!

No matter where the sessions are held, this cute little family always makes time to come down all the way from Fort Collins to do a 20-minute shoot with me.  I always look forward to it and it always warms my heart that they make the hour-long drive for this mini session.

This time they brought their new pup, Charlie, with them.  I couldn’t believe my eyes when they strolled up to the meeting spot — a corgi!  If you know me even in the slightest, then you know how obsessed with my corgi I am, so it was a welcome surprise to have their little nugget attend the shoot this time.  He did such a good job posing with the family, too!

Thank you again to the Duncan family for always having me take your photos.  It’s been such an honor to have been present for your engagement photos, your Colorado wedding photos, two cake smashes and numerous family sessions.
