While I haven’t planned a wedding of my own (yet — hopefully I will someday!), I still know how daunting it can be to choose your creative team for the big day. I am so thankful for Joe + Andy, as I know they had many incredible LGBT wedding vendors in Denver to choose from. I love that Denver is a progressive city and that it’s definitely reflected in the types of weddings we have here!
For their engagement shoot, the pair flew out from the Bay Area (where I’m from originally) in California for the weekend. We swung through all the rad art spots of the RiNo neighborhood for their photos and I love how the images came out. I am a huge sucker for incorporating urban art and texture into photos so this was such a treat for me!
Take a peek at my favorite frames from their session below. They are just the cutest! I can’t wait for their wedding at the Grant-Humphreys Mansion (another killer urban Denver wedding venue) this summer — thank you to Lilli at Sweetly Paired for connecting me with these two!

LGBT Wedding Vendors Denver | Ashley Kidder Photo
Hi, I’m Ashley and I’ve been working as a Denver wedding and portrait photographer since 2009! I love city weddings and engagement shoots (like this one!), exploring Denver via RTD (it’s not as bad as it seems, y’all), and cozying up with my corgi on the couch while re-watching Breaking Bad for the third time. If you’re looking for urban wedding or engagement photos like these, feel free to get in touch and let’s talk about your shoot! Can’t wait to hear from you! -Ash
