Published Villa Parker Wedding

I’m so excited to share a new publication + a new feature with you today!

I recently received a copy of Colorado’s fall + winter issue of The Knot.  I always love getting things in the mail, but this one was a bit more special than usual, seeing as how a couple of my photos are published inside!  Let’s take a peek:

I am so thrilled that these images from Nina + Rollie’s Villa Parker wedding ended up on the last page of the magazine.  Their Tuscan-inspired summer celebration was a dream to photograph, and I loved every moment that I spent with these two — especially the Native American blessing they received during their cocktail hour.

From the bride: “Rollie’s parents gifted us a Native American blessing for after our ceremony.  The priest burned sage to open a clear pathway for us on our new journey of marriage, and the ceremony joined our two families together.  I could feel the positive energy surrounding us, and I was full of warmth and excitement.  After being together for 11 years this cleansing felt like dusting out the old and making room for the new in our relationship.”

It was so rad to capture these images for the couple and to share their spiritual moment alongside their closest friends and family members.  I can’t wait for wedding season to get back up and running to be able to document more occasions like this one.

Cheers to Nina + Rollie, and many thanks to The Knot for another lovely publication!

Bonus feature!

I also got word that I was selected by Three Best Rated once more as a top Denver wedding photographer.  So cool!

And yet, Sherman remains unimpressed by me.
