Can you believe I’ve been photographing this gal (and now her family!) for over a decade?!

Jessie was one of my very first clients, way back when I picked up a DSLR and had no idea what to do with it. I took her (and her sister’s) senior photos as one of my first photo assignments, and we’ve worked together ever since. I absolutely love the friendship we’ve built over the time we’ve spent together!

Downtown Denver Maternity Photos

Hallie’s downtown Denver maternity photos turned out to be some of my very best ever! We lucked out and had the most perfect early evening sunlight at Civic Center Park this past summer, just a short while before little Marlowe was born. Kirby, Marlowe’s now-big sister, also joined us for the shoot. I had a blast running around downtown with these two and can’t wait for more family photos in the future!

Engagement Photos: What to Wear

Behold, the most popular question I receive as a Denver engagement photographer: “What should we wear for our engagement photos?”

Boy, do I have the answers for you. I’ll illustrate my key engagement shoot outfit recommendations using photos from past clients. Let’s jump in!

Wear what you love.

This is my first and most important piece of advice I give my clients about their outfits. I want your personalities to shine in the images, as personal style is a huge part of who you are. This can literally be anything: slick athleisure, cozy winter threads, glam evening-wear. How you interpret this is up to you!

Cheesman Park Family Photos

December 22, 2020

Annnnd that’s a wrap on 2020! For my last shoot of this totally wacky year, I did some maternity and family photos for this lovely little trio at Cheesman Park. We had some perfect late afternoon winter light peeking through the amphitheater and I just love the warmth you can feel from the images. Can’t wait to resume shooting in January 2021! Chautauqua Park Family Photos

Every year, I see this cute little family for a quick, 15-minute mini-session. We’ve done RiNo, Civic Center, City Park, and Bel Mar as our past locations so we were quite excited to do some Boulder scenery for this year’s shoot! We had some gorgeous sunset light up at Chautauqua Park and I love the images we captured together. Until next year, Gormans!
